30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We hope that you are completely happy with your purchase, however, should you change your mind for any reason then we will refund any items returned to us provided the following conditions are met.

Return & Refund Eligibility

Your item(s) must be in the original saleable condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, clean and dry.

You’ll also need your email confirmation with order number or order slip that came with your item(s).

How to Return

You can return your item(s) in-store or post them back to us.

In-Store Returns

You can visit our store (below) and return your item(s) as long as you have your initial order confirmation email for the item(s) you purchased.

Postal Returns

Please email info@scarletribbons.co.uk so that we can process your refund request before sending your item(s) back to us. If you fail to email us before returning your items, we may refuse a refund.

Please note: Any delivery fee(s) you were charged for your order will not be refunded.

Please make sure you include your order confirmation email or packing slip in your returns parcel with your name, contact number, and order number to speed up your returns process.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item(s) are defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds for gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Your return will be processed within 7 working days of its arrival at Scarlet Ribbons (Falkirk) Ltd. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know once your refund has been processed. You’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

Please note: Any delivery fee(s) you were charged for your order will not be refunded.

Please be aware that during very busy times such as Christmas/New Year and following bank holidays, this processing time may be extended but will be no longer than 14 days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Therefore, please allow up to 10 days to receive your refund before getting in touch with us.
