Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard delivery normally takes 2-4 business days. Next Day Delivery normally takes 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday)

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

No we currently deliver to the UK only right now. But we are exploring options to delivery internationally. To enquire about delivery to a different destination, please contact us.

When will my order be dispatched?

Your order will be processed within 24 hours or sooner Monday - Saturday.

What should i do if my order hasn't arrived yet?

What happens if my order is damaged when it arrives?

Can I collect my order from your Falkirk Store?

Yes, please choose the Click & Collect option at checkout when placing your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will have received a confirmation email that shows you the status of your order along with your delivery tracking number.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as you contact us within 1 hour of completing your purchase

My order is missing an item?

This is very rare and we're sorry this has happened to you. Please contact us right away so we can fix it.

My order has a faulty item

We're sorry you've received a faulty item with your order. Please contact us so that we can fix this and send a replacement.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that enquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner. Contact us

Returns and Refunds

What is your Returns Policy?

We offer a 30 day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. Read more about our full Returns Policy.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

How do I return my order?

You can return your item(s) in-store or post them back to us. Please see our Returns Policy for instructions.

Can I exchange and item?

Yes, however the fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the unwanted item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

I still haven't received my refund?

We're sorry if you haven't received your refund. We aim to process all refunds within 7 days of your item(s) being returned to us.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it has been longer than 10 days please contact us
